How to Start a Return
For the correct return address and instructions, please contact us before sending your parcel.
Return Window
Customers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by law.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should be handled with care and only tried on as necessary to check fit, size and appearance. A reduction in refund may apply if an item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Approved refund
Once your return has been received and checked, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange the appropriate solution at no additional cost to you where required by law.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
